High 5 4:1 bar contains 4 parts carbohydrate (80%) and 1 part protein (20%). The carbohydrate in the 4:1 bar contains a mix of both simple sugars and complex carbohydrate from Oats. The protein in 4:1 is a combination of whey protein, soy and wheat gluten to provide a balance of amino acids and boost the glutamine content for post exercise recovery. 4:1 Bar is naturally flavoured using dried cranberries.

The repair and growth of muscle tissue is critical for long-term improvements in all sports. This is because, less muscle damage during training and more rapid recovery afterwards translates to stronger, more resilient muscles, lower risk of picking up an injury and real fitness gains.
